Our Income Tax TIN File is No 1000334924. Our major objective is to provide tailor made Auditing and Consultancy services that add value to a wide range of clients in Uganda.

The Partners and staff of the firm have a wide experience in financial statement auditing, tax planning, compliance auditing, procurement auditing, value for money auditing and management consultancy services and capacity building in Uganda. They have greatly contributed to the growth of the accountancy profession in Uganda hence the reason for the formation of the Partnership.

The Team

Cartwright team meets very stringent criteria:

  • Understanding of, and practical experience with, audit and advisory engagements of diverse nature and complexity through appropriate training and participation.
  • Understanding of professional standards and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Technical expertise, including expertise with relevant information technology and specialized areas of accounting, auditing, information technology and enterprise risk management.
  • Intimate knowledge of relevant industries in which the clients operate the market in which they operate, the legal, social, political and cultural environment in which they exist as well as an understanding of strategic and operational objectives.
